Hypothesis: (What do I think will happen)


Materials:

1. 3 bottles, empty
2.  3 balloons
3. 3tsp baking soda
4.  ½ cup soda water
5.  yeast
6. funnel
7. vinegar
8. baking soda 
9. soda water 
10. salt

Steps:

1.  get bottles
2. fill one with a little bit of sugar
3.  add soda water to sugar 
4.  put balloon on sugar and soda bottle
5. fill one with a little bit of vinegar
6.  add baking soda to balloon 
7.  put balloon on vinegar bottle
8. fill one with a little bit of yeast and salt
9.  add warm water
10.  put balloon on yeast and salt bottle

Conclusion:

baking soda and vinegar produce the most carbon dioxide which fill balloons easier

more bubbles means less carbon dioxide

we went and picked up rotten apples for the compost

We just picked up rubbish for a whole period and we are going to make plum products and sell them so we can raise money for a veggie garden.

TANE MAHUTA

my best idea to improve the school is to add a little bit of shade in the back field so that people can relax while still being outdoors in shade. i also loved how we were allowed to pick plums and they tasted real good.
